Now Watching
I'm proud of humble beginnings. This is my first video, and although we're a little rough around the edges, the important thing is that we've started! I'm a big fan of jumping in, so hold your breath. Here we go! Special thanks and lots of love to Joel Dondis, Tariq Hanna, Megan Roen and all the great people at Sucre'. Go buy lots of chocolate either from their shop on Magazine Street in New Orleans, or on their Web site, ShopSucre.com. Thanks for all your support. Please keep reading, watching and commenting. I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see where it takes me. Oh, and forgive all the amazings. I'll learn some new adjectives before the next show.

Nice job, Blake! Mad piping skills, indeed! When’s the next episode?
Blake~ Are you left-handed?
I love seeing the behind the scenes and knowing where that delicious chocolate came from! What fun! ![]()
The next episode is coming soon (within a week)! And, no, I’m not left-handed, although I’ve always secretly wished I was ambidextrous. bk
This is so awesome, B!! I love seeing what you come up with - can’t wait for the next episode! ![]()
Great start! Love the HD video, it’s making me hungry!!
Wow, this is great! Congrats on another great launch. Can’t wait to see more.
Yo Blake
Nicely done. Brings me back to the first time I did “piping” work. It really is an art that only artisinal choclatiers still practice. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
